Subscription Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Flora & Forge Local Flower Subscription, for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following terms and conditions as the recipient.

PAYMENT

I understand that once I sign up and pay in full, I have secured my subscription for the respective season.

There are no refunds, neither full or partial, for cancellation of my subscription once purchased. Subscribers may choose to find an alternate person to buy out the rest of the season’s share, and the subscription ownership will be transferred to the alternate person. The alternate person will pay the original shareholder directly. I understand that I am responsible for informing Flora & Forge Flower Farm if such a transfer occurs.

START DATES

I understand that the start date of each subscription share is flexible, based on seasonal conditions and product availability. I am aware that Flora & Forge Flower Farm will communicate via email to inform all members of updates and the official start date, and that it is my responsibility to contact the farm via email if I am not receiving notifications near the projected subscription start date.

PICKING UP MY SUBSCRIPTION

I understand that by signing up for a weekly subscription, I am responsible for receiving my bouquet that day. If I am out of town or unable to pick up/receive my subscription for any reason, I understand that it is my responsibility to find a substitute to collect my share. If I am unable to pick up/receive my share, I will entitle a friend to do so. I understand that if my share is not picked up on the designated day, within the designated time, I forfeit that share and that it will be donated at the discretion of the farmer. I will not receive credit nor a refund for any subscriptions that I do not pick up.

I understand that Local Flower Subscription bouquets will need to be picked up/received on Fridays at the predetermined time and place for each seasonal share.

SPLITTING MY SUBSCRIPTION

I may coordinate the splitting of my subscription with another individual. I understand that Flora & Forge does not facilitate such arrangements, and does not coordinate special payment on split shares. I will make all arrangements myself for collecting payment from the individual with whom I am splitting my subscription.

SHARING THE RISK

I understand that as a subscriber to this CSA model, I share in both the bounty and the risks of farming. I understand that, due to the unpredictability of mother nature, the risks may include poor harvests or the loss of crops due to inclement weather. Flora & Forge Flower Farm will work their hardest to ensure my share is safe and they are prepared for many elements, but there may be some things that are out of their control.

COMMUNICATION

I understand that email is how Flora & Forge Flower Farm communicates updates and changes. By signing up for the CSA Subscription, I understand that I will be added to the email list, and I agree to add flora.and.forge@gmail.com to my email contacts.

Flora & Forge Flower Farm will not be held responsible for miscommunications due to our e-mails going to your Spam folder or Promotions tab. I will notify the farm immediately if I do not receive an e-mail receipt of my payment or my subscription emails.
